Media Support for London Book Fair

The Challenge:

In the year of 2019, Indonesia had been selected as Country Market Focus at London Book Fair 2019, one of world’s largest book exhibition. Indonesian government through BEKRAF (Creative Economy Agency) wishes to earn media coverage and public participation as part of celebrating the country’s special participation in the LBF 2019.

The Approach:

IImogen PR assisted BEKRAF in PR supports in the campaign of Indonesia’s participation in the LBF 2019 as the Country Market Focus, including content development and story writing of all designed activities, digital asset management (website & social media), social media influencer engagement, press release development and distribution as well as media briefing and interview. Apart from delivering a number of media release, Imogen PR also conducted two media briefings (press conference) and limited interview session that has earned large number of publication.

The Results:

The delivered media briefing sessions and disseminated of press release earned 179 articles in more than 50 media titles, reaching more than IDR9,505,857,000 in PR Value. During the LBF 2019 event, the earned publication reached 83 articles in 23 media title with PR Value at IDR5,740,680,000. In managing social media assets, the growth of Twitter impression reached 244%, growth on Facebook engagement reached 302% while Client’s Instagram account earned 101,279 new impressions.
