There was a robbery in an express taxi. The crisis that hit Express taxis made an uproar throughout Indonesia. This case was covered by various media, raising doubts towards the credibility of Express as a provider of transportation modes. People are scared to use Express.
What we did
IMOGEN cooperated with POLDA journalists, always on standby with various possibilities. IMOGEN also arranged exclusive interviews with various national-level top tiers media to ensure the delivery of news coverage. IMOGEN and Express also worked together to monitor the progress of the case.
Results
The sentiment that arises from news coverage that originally attributed as negative turned neutral. Almost all the news coverage mentioned the problem from both sides of the story. This helps explain the situation that actually happened.
